The challenge

Back in 2015, Capgemini Invent needed a platform to facilitate knowledge sharing, and encourage their consultants to get on board and share content. The project team aimed at boosting productivity and addressing the day-to-day consultants’ needs, focusing on premium assets (training material, proposal, best practices, methodologies and tools), providing easier access to offerings and facilitating identification and connection with sectorial or functional “experts” from consultants to VPs.


Thanks to the tool appropriation and good timing, the platform was able to bring the following benefits to users: a user-friendly platform enabling consultants to work away from the office, a high level of search functionality providing a highly organised structure for Capgemini Invent's large database, an easily adaptable structure for evolving needs allowing the team to have full autonomy over the platform and a balance between structured libraries and social feedback.

In 12 months, the teams shared as much content on the new Share platform as they did during the past 7 years!
