THE TEAM – CUSTOMER SUCCESS

You’ll be working with Charlotte & Patrick, and together your mission is to deliver outstanding care and service to our customers. The team advises and guides a wide range of customers, ensuring they implement the platform successfully, adopt it widely and derive ongoing business growth from their Elium use. The team’s goal is to increase their satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

 

THE MISSION

As a Customer Success Consultant, you are responsible for providing outstanding service to our existing customers as well as onboarding new customers on their own elium platform. Along the process, you build a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship with our customers.

  • Onboard our new customers by delivering trainings and onboarding methodologies
  • Proactively follow up with customers, advise, provide recommendations and guidance
  • Be their first point of contact, responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner, educating and sharing relevant resources
  • Act proactively to resolve issues and seek opportunities of improvement when needed
  • Promote and deliver our additional services to our existing and new customers
  • Help organise our customer dedicated events like our User Club or our Knowledge Corner
  • Partner internally to reduce churn, improve renewal likelihood, drive continuous improvement
  • Continuously share feedback regarding what could be productized and/or improved, advocating for customers

 

ABOUT YOU

To be successful, we believe you should have the following experience and skills

  • You care deeply about customers and have a natural ability to empathize with and advocate for them;
  • You are friendly, professional and skilled at building relationships;
  • You are empathetic, an active listener; you are patient and understanding;
  • You have excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills;
  • You are able to engage a group of people and provide interactive and engaging product education;
  • You are a team player who can work cross functionally across the business
  • You are resourceful and a strong problem solver;
  • You have an affinity with technology and the ability to pick up new technology quickly (no need to have a technical work background);
  • You are completely fluent in French and English (writing, speaking and reading)
  • You have 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a SaaS or consulting environment

 

Cherry on the cake if:

  • You have experience in change management or knowledge management
  • You can also speak Dutch
