You’ll be working with Charlotte & Patrick, and together your mission is to deliver outstanding care and service to our customers. They will both be there for you to support and teach you all the ropes of the job.
The team advises and guides a wide range of customers, ensuring they implement the platform successfully, adopt it widely and derive ongoing business growth from their Elium use.
As an intern in the Customer Success team, your mission is to handle customer’s queries in a timely manner, animate our community and give a hand wherever extra help is needed. As such, you’ll actively contribute to the satisfaction of our customers while learning the ins and outs of customer success.
Handle our client’s issues/problems via our dedicated support platform
Respond to our clients’ queries in a timely manner by answering questions, educating and sharing relevant resources
Prepare & manage the onboarding flow and training of new customers (possibly even deliver part of the training depending on affinities and needs)
Follow up with customers on their project -via phone, email, video conference- and schedule appointments whenever necessary with the Customer Success Coach
Help in the organisation of customer dedicated events like our User Club or our Knowledge Corner
Accurately enter and update client information in our operating systems (Startdeliver)
Complete our FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) to educate our prospects and customers over the most recurring issues or questions
Show autonomy and proactivity in organising your job and in finding the most effective way to cater to our client’s needs
Proactively share market feedback, ideas and practices to other teams

Have a clear understanding of how a Customer Success team & a SaaS (software as a service) company operate
Develop your project management skills as well as your customer orientation (empathy, listening, service-orientation)
You are currently studying business / marketing / sales / communication
You are sociable and service oriented; you enjoy interacting with others
You have a team-player attitude
You are intellectually curious and a fast-learner
You are a problem-solver
You have excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills
You read, speak and write French and English fluently
