We are looking to hire a Sales Account Executive to keep up with our growing demand.

On a daily basis, you will be:

  • selecting and qualifying leads generated by marketing campaigns;
  • driving self-created new business opportunities, handling inbound leads;
  • coordinating and presenting online demos of Elium and our related services;
  • nurturing warm leads until they’re ready to enter the sales cycle and driving them through to contract;
  • developing offers and responding to RFIs/RFPs;
  • coordinating with your colleagues in Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service;
  • analyzing sales metrics data to drive the sales tactics.

You will follow elium’s Customer Success & Sales course to learn the ins and outs of our product & how we interact and onboard our Clients.

Be prepared to not only thoroughly develop your technological and strategic selling skills, but also to take part in the development of our expansion tactics.


To be successful, you will need some essential qualities:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in successfully selling B2B software (ideally SaaS);
  • You have an inner drive to get out there and focus on closing deals; you can provide us with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding your revenue goals;
  • You can easily detect a customer’s main preoccupation, your persuasion skills are an effective mix of excellent product knowledge (we train you for that!) and authentic value pitching;
  • Excellent communication skills: you can speak, write and present in a perfect manner;
  • You are completely fluent in English and French, ideally also in Dutch/Flemish (speaking, writing and reading).

  • You have already managed complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (many of which C-level);
  • You have experience in knowledge management /innovation /market intelligence /digital transformation /collaboration /organisational excellence;
  • You have a vibrant, dynamic, positive, energetic personality; a motivator with a “can do” attitude;
  • You like to network, you are at ease with the spotlight and with connecting with new people;
