Working at Elium
Join a passionate, human-sized team building the future of knowledge management from the heart of Europe.
Our team
Elium was founded in 2007 by a group of friends, and that still shapes the team. We are human-sized: everyone knows everyone, people genuinely care about each other, and collaboration is how we work every day, not only what we sell.
The team brings together product engineers, marketers, customer success coaches, salespeople and the transversal roles that support them. In a team this size, each person's work makes a visible difference.
We are based in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, and we work remote-first, with regular team days in person.
