Keep Accurate

360° Analytics

One analytics layer across content, search and AI usage. See what’s used, drill into per-space and per-team activity, and export it all to the BI tools you already run.

360degree Analytics product illustration

Across everything

Content, search and AI in one view. Not three disconnected dashboards.

See engagement on articles, what people search for, and how your AI assistants are used, all in the same place. Knowledge teams stop guessing what works and product teams stop building dashboards by hand.

Per space, per team

Drill into who uses what. And what they can't find.

Break activity down by space and by team to see where knowledge lands, where it's ignored, and where searches come up empty: the questions your base still can't answer.

Yours to take

Exportable for your existing BI. No data trapped.

Pull the numbers into the reporting stack you already run. Analytics feed your decisions, not just a screen inside Elium.

FAQ

Common questions about analytics

Usage, content and search in one place: active users and trends, content views and publication, how much is verified versus expired, top searches and volumes, and per-space activity. There are four levels (platform, space, contributor and content), so everyone from admins to individual contributors sees what’s relevant to them.
Google Analytics measures page traffic; Elium’s analytics understand your knowledge: what’s verified or expired, who contributes, and what people search for. They’re not mutually exclusive: on the Enterprise plan you can push Elium usage into your own Google Analytics property too.
Yes. Admins can export user searches (including how many results each query returned) and AI questions to CSV, and a full platform export is available on request. So you can build your own dashboards or feed an existing BI tool.
Visibility is role-based across the four levels: platform analytics for admins, space analytics for coordinators and above, contributor analytics for individuals, and content analytics for people who can already see that content. The same permission model that governs your content governs the data.
No. The dashboards are built in and ready to read, with selectable time periods and drill-down from a platform view to a single article. You only need BI skills if you want to take the raw export further into your own tooling.
