Common questions about integrations

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, Ping, Keycloak, ADFS, and any other SAML 2.0 or OpenID provider. SSO is included on every paid plan.

Yes: SCIM 2.0 with Entra ID and Okta. New hires land in Elium with the right Spaces, deactivations propagate the same day. No manual user-list maintenance.

Yes. Customers can request a full export: articles in JSON with metadata plus an archive of every attachment in original format. No lock-in.

Yes. Elium runs on-premise for sovereignty-constrained customers, and we offer SecNumCloud-qualified hosting in Europe via partners. The browser extension works against on-premise instances too. Learn about Elium On-Premise.

Every AI query (through MCP, the Search API, or Smart Assistants) runs against the calling user's permissions. ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral and Dust only see content the user is entitled to. No leakage between users or customers.

Yes: three options. Bulk JSON export for offline / air-gapped stacks, the Search API for production retrieval (recommended), or direct Smart Assistant queries for prototyping. Documented in the AI integrations guide.
