Paste a Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Forms link into an article and it appears as a live preview, with nothing to connect first. For Drive files and folders, connect your account to embed a preview, or import the file so it lives in Elium. Previews always show the latest version, but only imported content is indexed, so only imported content can be found by your team and by your AI assistants. Administrators can import a whole Drive folder into a space in one step, and tag every file in bulk.
