Our Marketing team is there to support the growth of our business and to generate qualitative leads for our sales team.

THE TEAM – MARKETING

You’ll be working with Thomas and Raluca, and together your mission is to generate interest and excitement around our solution.
Thomas & Raluca will both be there for you to support and teach you all the ropes of the job.

THE MISSION

There is plenty to do in our marketing team, whether it’s related to product marketing, specific growth campaigns or digital marketing optimisation, you’ll get a chance to discover different marketing activities. Depending on your own personal interests and team priorities at the time, you’ll be given certain projects to lead or contribute to.

• Analysis & Research: strategic customer analysis

• Digital Marketing: digital analyses, content conversion optimisation, social media, guest-posting, directories optimisation,…

• General Marketing: project management

• Growth: Lead generation through multiple channels

• Product Marketing: Learn how to build the bridge between product & sales

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

WITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU’LL

• Learn about our company, product and all the different teams we have at Elium

• Dive right into our marketing playground and absorb tons of details about our product for a speedy ramp up

• Also learn about our sales process to understand how marketing can help

• Shadow your colleagues in their day-to-day life to learn from the best!

WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL

• Have a clear understanding of how a Marketing team & a SaaS (software as a service) company operate

• Develop your analytical & project management skills through the different projects that will be assigned to you

ABOUT YOU

You are currently studying business / marketing / sales / communication
You are intellectually curious and a fast-learner
You are analytical and a result-oriented person
You have excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills
You read, speak and write French fluently; you have a good level in English (reading, writing at least)
