Your Role and Responsibilities

Design is the essence of our work at Elium, deeply embedded in our DNA. It’s not just empty words. We care about design as much as you do.

In your role, you will:

– Lead in making strategic design and user-experience decisions, creating innovative features that address user needs.
– Oversee the entire design process, providing insights into user requirements, workflows, and usability hurdles.
– Conduct and manage user interviews to gain a deep understanding of the challenges and validate solutions. We are fortunate to have direct access to our customers for these interactions (mostly in French).
– Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to implement new features, continuously learning through real-world feedback. This includes participating in refinement sessions with the engineering team to fine-tune designs as needed.

About You

– You bring experience in working with B2B SaaS. Understanding the complexities of Elium is crucial, as we value a holistic approach to product design.
– You possess a thorough knowledge of the product design process and are adept at using various tools, from sketches to complete prototypes in Figma.
– For you, design is not just a job but a craft. You take pride in delivering precise, pixel-perfect designs.
– Teamwork is second nature to you. In our remote-first environment, proactive communication and collaboration with product and engineering teams are essential.
– You are fluent in English and French.
– Bonus: Familiarity with artificial intelligence is beneficial.
