As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the first point of contact for all Elium sales efforts. You’ll generate interest and excitement for Elium’s product in order to create a steady pipeline of business. You’ll actively contribute to our revenue growth while learning the ins and outs of sales in a SaaS (software as a service) environment.



  • Qualify and prioritise incoming leads
  • Engage with prospects through phone, email, video calls and live chat
  • Move leads through the funnel by educating, answering questions and sending resources to potential customers
  • Schedule appointments for high touch clients with the Account Executive
  • Accurately enter, update and maintain daily activity and prospect information in our operating systems (Hubspot)
  • Work with the sales & marketing team to strategise on which clients to target
  • Show autonomy and proactivity in organising your job and in finding the most effective way to generate sales
  • Proactively share market feedback, ideas and practices to other teams




  • Learn about our company, our product and the different teams we have at Elium
  • Discover the realities of a start-up (agile methodologies, flat organisation,…)
  • Dive right into the sales field and quickly start developing an understanding of how we approach our prospects and customers
  • Shadow your colleagues in their day-to-day life to learn from the best!



  • Have a clear understanding of how a Sales team & a SaaS (software as a service) company operate
  • Learn how to use a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool
  • Develop your analytical skills
  • Improve your time management skills (priority setting) & communication skills



You are currently studying business / marketing / sales / communication
You are sociable and service oriented; you enjoy interacting with others
You have a team-player attitude
You are intellectually curious and a fast-learner
You are result-oriented
You have excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills
You are fluent in French & English, written and spoken
