Yes. The embed block takes the code an external service generates, usually an iframe, and shows the tool inside the article.

Yes. Any external page served over HTTPS can fill a tab in a space.
Who can set that up?
Space administrators or system administrators manage the tabs in a space.
Can embeds be created when importing content?
Yes. An embed can be written into imported markdown as a fenced block marked as an embed, with a height and a scrolling option.
