Common questions
Is there a native app, and how do people sign in?
Yes, for iOS and Android. People sign in by scanning a QR code from their settings, or by entering your platform address with their credentials.
Can we require a fingerprint or face check to open the app?
Yes. An administrator enables biometric login in the security tab. People then unlock with biometrics or a five-digit PIN each time they open the app, so a stolen unlocked phone still does not expose your content.
Can we publish the app under our own brand?
Yes, as an additional service. The customisation covers branding rather than features, and takes two to three weeks once your assets are ready.
Can we distribute it through our internal company store?
No, that route is not offered. On iOS a branded app is published unlisted instead, reachable only through a private link rather than by searching the store.
