Public web sharing
Publish articles as permission-gated public web pages: client FAQs, external docs.
About this integration
Share a single Elium article with people outside your platform. One click creates a public link that anyone can open in a browser, including its files and translations. Readers see only that article and nothing else on your platform. Comments and reactions stay hidden.
What you get
One-click public link
Publish a single article to the web for external readers.
Scoped access
Readers see only the shared article, not the rest of your platform.
Revoke anytime
Admins can see active links and switch them off.
Common questions
Can we share one article with someone who has no account?
Yes. A public link makes a single article readable in any browser, for partners, agencies or external consultants.
Can that person browse the rest of our platform?
No. The link opens the shared article and nothing else. Embedded files come with it, while comments and reactions stay hidden.
Who is allowed to create a public link?
Administrators and space coordinators.
Can we see and switch off links that are live?
Yes. Active links are listed in the Security tab of the admin panel, and can be disabled from there.
