SAML 2.0 / OpenID
Sign in via any SAML 2.0 or OpenID provider: Ping, Keycloak, ADFS and more.
About this integration
Connect Elium to your identity provider with open standards. Elium offers single sign-on (SSO) connectors for SAML 2.0 and OpenID, so an identified user moves into Elium without entering a login and password. Elium also picks up some profile information during sign-in.
What you get
Standard protocols
SSO connectors for both SAML 2.0 and OpenID providers.
Seamless sign-in
Identified users move into Elium without a separate password.
Profile on sign-in
Elium picks up some user information during the exchange.
Common questions
Which sign-on standards does Elium support?
Connectors for SAML 2.0 and OpenID providers. Someone already identified by your provider moves into Elium without entering a password again, and their profile is updated in the same step.
Are accounts created at first sign-in?
Yes. Users can be created as they connect, provided they match the rules you set. Sign-on information can also place them in the right teams, and so in the spaces attached to them.
Is single sign-on included in our plan?
Single sign-on is an Enterprise feature, along with synchronising profiles from your company directory.
Who configures it?
Your provider needs to support the protocol. Our support team then walks you through the setup.
