Smart Assistants are AI assistants built on your Elium knowledge base. An admin sets each assistant's scope, who can use it, and how it should answer, then your team chats with the ones they can access. Because answers come from your own content and respect permissions, they stay accurate and safe to share.

Common questions
Can we limit what an assistant answers from?
Yes, and it matters. Each assistant has a content scope that fixes which documents it may use. A narrow scope gives clearer answers and makes the sources obvious.
Can we restrict an assistant to certain teams?
Yes. Visibility settings limit an assistant to one or more teams, so people only see the assistants meant for them.
Is our content used to train AI models?
No. Your content is processed on Microsoft Azure servers in Europe, it is not used to train AI models, and it is not shared with other organisations. Answers also respect each person's permissions.
Can support agents use an assistant inside their ticketing tool?
Yes. Through the browser extension, assistants work inside Zendesk, Intercom, EasyVista, Jira and GLPI. Other tools can be added.
