Application services and customer data are hosted by Google. These services are on Google Cloud Platform and Google Cloud Storage services located in Europe (west-b1). Google Cloud Platform has some security certification like ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC-1, Cloud Computing Compliance Controls Catalog (C5). Feedbacks from users of customers platforms are received using Refiner. This service allows us to improve the user experience of Elium.

Application services and customers data for GOLD customers are hosted in the 3DS Outscale Cloud Provider. These services are located in France. The 3DS Outscale data center are ISO/IEC 27001 and SecNumCloud certified.
