Recognised amongst the top 5 innovation and entrepreneurship events in Europe, Lift15 took place in Geneva on Feb 4-6 2015. In order to celebrate its 10th anniversary in style, Lift15 offered an exclusive program, full of super-rich and rather intimate sessions in an interactive break-out format.

Since 2006, Knowledge Plaza hasn’t missed a single edition of Lift Geneva. This year, we were a proud key partner of this amazing organisation and were quite active with a crazy, interactive and very analog stand along with giving a masterclass on Digital Transformation.

“Our new connected world is opening up a vast amount of opportunities, and not only from a technological perspective. The sharing economy is accelerating the phenomenon. Shared knowledge and innovation are becoming more global than ever, allowing the combination of the promising yet highly disruptive and radical concepts driven by the Digital Transformation”.

Here is a peak at our very Analog Stand. We asked participants to give us their definition of Knowledge.

Our Temple of Knowledge

Our conclusion

Knowledge is better when shared
Organising and facilitating knowledge sharing within any company is a great first step towards creating new learning grounds and a mutual assistance network. The cornerstone of Knowledge Management is sharing best practices and lessons learned. Organisational changes may be necessary to promote collaboration, learning and above all experimentation.
Knowledge is connected
Developing an organisational memory, connecting experiences and best practices with people and vice versa… everything is connected.

Knowledge is contextualised & organised information
Bits and pieces here and there won’t help you visualise and create a mental image. Context is the binder and gives weight to an information. It will allow you to take action.
Knowledge is resilience!
